Nicole Dauz is a mother, caregiver, and advocate who believes the most important relationship we nurture is the one with ourselves. By honouring her own needs—mind, body, and soul—she has learned that self-care is the foundation of resilience and joy.

As a caregiver coach, speaker, and author, Nicole has chosen happiness despite life’s challenges. Her greatest teacher has been her lived experience as the mother of an 19-year-old neurotypical son and a 16-year-old daughter with profound autism and a rare genetic disease.

Her mission is to change the story around caregiving—celebrating the journey and empowering caregivers to embrace their worth and gifts. She supports those who feel stressed, overwhelmed, and exhausted, helping them move from survival mode to purpose, gratitude, and joy.

Since 2019, Nicole has coached caregivers and facilitated interactive workshops focused on managing overwhelm. She encourages caregivers to view struggles as a signal to seek help—a nudge toward healing and support. Through stories, tools, and strategies, she guides them to transform stress into gratitude, and overwhelm into peace.
