For over two decades, Laryssa Lamrock has been a tireless advocate, mentor, and source of strength for families navigating the complexities of caregiving. Her own personal journey as a caregiver began at the tender age of seven, caring for her mother who lived with Multiple Sclerosis, and has continued as a steadfast supporter of her husband, a veteran living with PTSD and depression. Through these deeply personal experiences, Laryssa has developed a profound understanding of the emotional, mental, and relational challenges caregivers face.

She commits to empowering military, Veteran and first responder families by providing peer support and psychoeducation—passionately championing the recognition of caregivers not only for their role in supporting loved ones, but for their own journeys and needs. She lends her voice for the countless individuals whose identities are often overshadowed by caregiving. With warmth, wisdom, and unwavering compassion, Laryssa aims to bring a message of hope, validation, and transformation to every conversation.
