Kimberly Leonard is the CEO of SeniorsNL, where she leads initiatives to enhance the well-being, independence, and inclusion of seniors across Newfoundland and Labrador. Previously, she served as Director of 211 with United Way NL, improving access to community resources across Newfoundland and Labrador. 

With 30 years in education as a teacher and principal, earning Canada’s Outstanding Principal Award in 2016, Kimberly is known for her compassionate, purpose-driven leadership and her ability to establish partnerships and empower teams. She currently oversees SeniorsNL’ s social prescribing project and the Pan Canadian Collective Impact Project, Aging Well in the Right Place, focusing on combatting social isolation and supporting seniors, caregivers, and families.
