Dr. Fiona Deller

Fiona Deller is the CEO of the Canadian Home Care Association. Fiona is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience in government and not for profit sectors. She has a background in research, evaluation, strategic planning, government relations, and public policy, with a particular focus on social policy. Most of her career has focused on accessibility issues, primarily in the education, training and labour market sectors. Before coming to CHCA, Fiona worked with the Future Skills Centre at Toronto Metropolitan University and the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario. Fiona has taught program evaluation and research design at Toronto Metropolitan University since 2013 and has bachelor’s and master’s Degrees from McGill in History, and a PhD from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at University of Toronto in the field of higher education theory and policy.
