Aimée Foreman is committed to revolutionizing the care economy by integrating values-based decision-making across private, public, and non-profit settings. Drawing from personal experience, Aimée’s efforts are a testament to her dedication to addressing the challenges faced by aging populations and caregivers. She is the founding chair of Caregivers NB/Proches aidants NB; the sixth provincial organization dedicated to supporting family and friend caregivers. Aimée has a strong commitment to advancing initiatives and creating alliances within Atlantic Canada for the purpose of collective impact.

She is equal parts entrepreneur and advocate. In her role as CEO of Silvermark, she has championed initiatives in homesharing, community transportation, and civic engagement that enhance the quality of life for older adults. Her visionary approach extends to rethinking our built environment and promoting intergenerational models that foster connection and inclusivity. Her approach is characterized by a deep understanding of the intersection between healthcare, social care, and housing, and she has a track record of delivering first-of-their-kind projects that set new benchmarks in the sector. Next, Aimée will launch a caregiving curriculum for public education, a passion project aimed at fostering generational change in how society values caregiving.
