Elder Claudette Commanda – Welcome blessing 

Elder Claudette Commanda is an Anishinaabe Algonquin person from the Kitigan Zibi Anishinabeg First Nation in Outaouais, Quebec. We are grateful for her attendance to bless and mark the beginning of our two-day event.
