Canadian Firsts: Innovations Supporting Working Caregivers 

Working caregivers make up close to 35% of Canada’s workforce yet are often unseen and unsupported. This session will highlight two Canadian firsts: SE Health’s innovative benefits program created in partnership with Greenshield, and Engineers Yukon’s groundbreaking policy recognizing caregiving as professional development. Panelists will share how these trailblazing initiatives were designed, implemented and measured – offering inspiration for other organizations to follow.
