Living at home: Homecare and other services

Most Canadians want to stay in our homes as we age. But our health care systems have not been designed to support people to age at home and most people can't afford to pay out of pocket for home-based care. This panel will explore different models of community-based care and suggest how we can build and integrate the care infrastructure and develop the care policies that Canadians deserve.
